Award-Winning Enterprise SaaS Veteran to Lead Customer Success Organization for Pioneering Provider of Technology Business Management
Seattle, WA, January, 18th 2012 – Apptio, the leading provider of on-demand Technology Business Management (TBM) solutions, today announced the appointment of Dione Hedgpeth as vice president of customer success. In this role, Hedgpeth will spearhead Apptio’s growing Customer Success organization, overseeing the professional services and customer support teams to ensure that Apptio customers are able to realize fast time-to-value with their Technology Business Management investment.

Hedgpeth has over 17 years of experience in enterprise IT, including over a decade of executive experience. Prior to joining Apptio, Hedgpeth served as vice president of worldwide professional services and managed services at Precise Software Solutions, where she oversaw the restructuring of the professional services team and built the managed services delivery team from the ground up. During her tenure at Precise Software, she was named to the MSPmentor list of top 250 managed services executives. Prior, Hedgpeth was the vice president of field operations at Pano Logic and was responsible for the company’s sales, alliances, support and services. Hedgpeth also served in a number of roles at Mercury Interactive, including vice president of Managed Services, where she built Mercury’s SaaS business from scratch, vice president of professional services for the Americas’, and vice president of services for the worldwide practice where she designed and built a brand new global organization and charter. Hedgpeth holds a B.S. in computer science and engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
