- FT200: provides IT and finance leaders with practical knowledge about the building blocks for a successful IT Financial Transparency program, such as the service catalog, development of service rates, and benchmarking.
- FT300: will discuss the benefits of accurate and consistent reporting to both IT “buyer” and “seller.” Apptio and SteelGlass speakers will cover application costing, billing (chargeback and showback), and demand management.
- FT400: illustrates the full impact a comprehensive financial transparency program can deliver. You will see how to compare the pricing of technology solutions, how to drive buyer (IT consumer) behavior, and leverage activity-based costing.
