Bellevue Chamber of Commerce Recognizes Apptio as Eastside Emerging Business Winner; Award Marks the Fourth Honor this Month

Seattle, Wash. – May 27, 2011 – Apptio, the leading provider of on-demand Technology Business Management (TBM) solutions, today announced that the company has been recognized by the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce as a winner of the Eastside Business Awards in the Emerging Business category. According to the award organizers, Apptio was recognized for achieving a significant presence in the Eastside business community and demonstrating consistent and significant growth. Other Eastside Business Award winners include Concur, Quadrant Homes and Novel, Inc.

Recognition as an Eastside Business Awards winner marks the fourth award for the company in the month of May. In addition to this honor, Apptio was also recently appointed to the prestigious TiE50 list, and the company’s CEO, Sunny Gupta, was recently named the Seattle 2.0 Startup CEO of the Year and was also named as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist in the Pacific Northwest region.
